I care about the parts of engineering that users never see but always feel: latency, reliability, and interfaces that get out of the way. This site is where I keep an open journal of what I build and what I learn doing it.

The fastest way to understand a problem is to put something real in front of people. I optimize for short loops between idea and feedback.

Models are a building material, not a feature. I design systems around their strengths and guard against their failure modes with evals.
